Coronavirus (Covid-19) Extenuating Circumstances Cancellation Policy

We appreciate that travel plans can be affected by the current, ever-changing, Covid-19 situation and we strive to be as flexible as possible to ensure you can plan and book your holiday with confidence.

Should your booking be affected due to Covid-19 extenuating circumstances, such as sudden border closure, lockdown or enforced quarantine, we will review the circumstances with you and either change your booking dates free of charge, or offer you a refund, subject to agreement with individual property owners.

Should you or one of your group be tested positive for Covid-19 or become ill with Covid-19 in the seven days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund upon receipt of the appropriate medical documentation.

In the event of any other Covid-19 extenuating circumstances arising, this will be resolved to a mutual agreement with individual property owners on a case by case basis.

We also strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance prior to travel.
